		<description>I think you should write you shouldn&#039;t share your ideas. I and some friends who have, have been left screwed. The people at the top take your ideas, implement them and take the reward, not to mention bragging rights. It never ceases to amaze me how people tell you your idea after you mentioned it to them and speak of as if it was an original thought they had. It&#039;s like talking to Columbus about the new world he discovered. Unless your ready to implement your idea, don&#039;t bother.</description>
