You for sure can do anything you want to do anytime you want to do it. I’ve got a personal motto (with t-shirt, check that link!) that says “Just Did It”. It’s a great motto because instead of whining or complaining or being scared or listening to others, I just do it. For instance, I’ve been wanting to quit smoking but people kept telling me how tough it was going to be and listing all these reasons about why I’d fail. Well this past January I said frack it and quit cold turkey, and guess what, I’m still nicotine free!

I’ve found you need two things to change the world, belief and desire. If you truly believe in yourself and your world changing action/event and you truly desire to change the world nothing can stop you.
