Thanks for these great post.
I am also trying to put a finger on how gem Y is changing the rules. And this new business mindset is really intersting. Think I am from a country where president’s has been elected on “work more to earn more” promise. That is far from “work smarter not harder”… Gen Y has so much to bring to the world.
